What key type or system do I need?
Master Keying and Keyed Alike
All of our key systems can be Mastered or keyed alike. This means for example; in a residential setting, the owners key could open every door in the house but a guest could have a key that would only open the door to a sleepout. Or you may want a courier to be able to access your porch, they can have a key that will only allow specific access while your key will do it all!
In a commercial situation, the possibilities are endless. You can have multiple tiers of access for different users within your business or organisation, giving you complete control over exactly who can access what.
You may give employee's access to the locker room and factory floor and you may need your managers to open most areas but not all. But as the system owner, we can give you a single key to open them all.

Restricted Keys
A restricted key system greatly improves the security of in-line key systems with many added security features.
They make it significantly harder for someone to pick the lock and gain unauthorised entry.
Keys cannot be cut without your authorisation, so you have complete control over who has keys.

High Security Key Systems
We offer the Kaba ExperT (NZDF approved) system. This system offers you the ultimate in bio-mechanical locking. It is regarded as being impossible to pick and it's harder to drill than conventional in-line locks.
These locks can be installed in one door or throughout your business, organisation or home. No matter how many locks you have, we can key them to work on a single key - including padlocks, cupboards and cabinets.
If you simply have to know that your security has not been compromised, this is the way to go.
Standard locks and keys
Most of us have an ordinary in-line key installed on our front doors. They are undoubtedly convenient, you can pop down to your local key cutting store and obtain a couple of new keys whenever you need too. But how secure are they?
